Description
if your content has a positive z-index set (as some js widgets do), then the add and tools menu dropdowns in the default theme show up behind the content. this is because those dropdowns don't have a z-index in their css, while the menus in the header bar do. should probably do something like add a high z-index to .ajs-drop-down in menu.css. see screenshots
