If I go to the Plugin Repository (/admin/plugin-repository/plugins.action) and click on the + next to the plugin named Atlassian Plugin Repository, I get a description. The description has two links named Confluence Plugin Repository. Both links take me to a page with a Page Not Found error and this statement: "The page you were trying to reach does not exist. You may want to try a search, or browse the site to find the page you were looking for."

Hi Aren~

Thanks for reporting this issue. I have updated the links and the change should show up shortly within your Confluence instance. In the meantime, the current link is http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DEVNET/Atlassian+Plugin+Repository

This has been fixed in the plugin repository before the release of Confluence 2.8.1.
For the curious, the bug was in the metadata of the plugin, rather than really in Confluence, so the versions specified here aren't exactly relevant.
Upgrading to 2.8.1 is not required in order to get this bug fix.
