Moving page hiearchy with hidden pages

When moving a page (including it's children) where there are children pages to which the administrator doesn't have view access, those children pages aren't moved. Customer wants to get the following feature in Confluence:

1. Add a summary on the space deletion page that warns the user that the current space contains pages, including number of hidden pages.
2. Move all children pages in the page move (of course only when the user checks the move children page option), even those that the administrator cannot see.
