UTF-8 characters (russians at least) breaks the table

      JDK 1.4.2_03, Tomcat 5.0.18, Linux, UTF-8 charset as default charset for Confluence

      If I create Table with russian characters inside, table looks like plain text, not Table.
      Rows with english characters still be table rows.
      NOTE: I switched Confluence to UTF-8 encoding to see russian characters correct.
