Thanks for your continued feedback on this issue. In the interest of transparency, we are closing this issue as it's not on the near term roadmap to implement. While there are many great feature ideas here, we cannot build them all into Confluence core. There are, however, options within the Atlassian Marketplace which provide this functionality. I've raised a new issue CONFSERVER-57384 to revisit adding core support for multiple-language versions. I think this could be of great benefit not only to Confluence users but also to 3rd party marketplace providers like AppFusions who could build their plugins/translations workflow off of the core data structure. Anyone interested please vote/comment on CONFSERVER-57384.
