There's not much profiling or debug logging inside the DefaultSpacePermissionManager, yet it is often slow to process requests.

We should add some better logging here (and probably profiling too) for support purposes.

Patched DefaultSpacePermissionManager from stable branch.

Should be suitable for applying to Confluence 2.7 and 2.7.1.
