Mixed # and * items do not render correctly

      Standalone on Windows

      1. and * items just don't mix real well...

      Try this markup out:

      1. Item #1
      2. Item #2
      • SubItem BULLET A
      • SubItem BULLET B
      1. Item #3

      Bullet A and B show up as numbered AND bulleted items.

      And in this version:

      1. Item #1
      2. Item #2
      • SubItem BULLET A
        • SubSubItem BULLET A1
      1. Item #3

      Bullet A1 is at the same level as A, but is NOT numbered.

      Sounds like maybe this is a bug in Radeox?
