Unable to Add Diagram on E.A.C.

When I try to add a diagram to the document on E.A.C found here (http://extranet.atlassian.com/display/MAR/Q3+2008+PR+and+Community+Goals), I receive the following error:

Cause:
net.sf.hibernate.LazyInitializationException: Failed to lazily initialize a collection - no session or session was closed
