log4.properties files references ConfluenceHomeLogAppender class that does not exist in confluence 2.6.1
It results in ClassNotFoundException

This affects the war distribution only.

Problem was reported against 'war' distribution.

As a workaround, please download the attached log4j.properties.

This file should be copied over the bundled file, which can be found at <install location>/confluence/WEB-INF/classes.
