Error when creating a wiki page

When logged into our account as stephanie.reyes@jcainc.com i receive an error every time i create a new page. I am able to edit pages. See attched.

Cause

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Source dir /data/jirastudio/confluence/home/attachments/ver003/nonspaced/226/137/32637476/34537583does not exist
at com.google.common.base.Preconditions.checkArgument(Preconditions.java:88)
