We have duplicate JARs in our classpath. Having two of these buggers is a recipe for unruly behaviour.
  1. commons-logging 1.0.4 and 1..0
  2. commons-beanutils-core-1.7.0.jar & commons-beanutils-1.6.jar
  3. opensymphony-oscore-2.2.4.jar & oscore-oscore-2.2.4.jar

We need to pretty much figure out where the dupe jars are coming from and then "exclude" it from the pom.xml

The pom's have been reworked to remove strange duplicate jars.
