I was trying to set up project dependencies for the JIRA dependant projects. For the JIRA Toolkit I created dependencies to JIRA, atlassian-renderer etc. The build did not trigger when JIRA was built, and wouldn't build manually either, even after a restart. Only solution was to remove dependencies, then manually rebuild.

The dependencies feature would be particularly useful for us as we have a significant number of dependant projects that we want to setup on both the branch and head builds of JIRA, as well as common projects (like renderer) that both JIRA and Confluence depend on.
