There was an issue that said we should remove all the tabs with the author information from the User Profile page.

This was intended to only effect the current user's profile page. ie when you click on "Profile" on the top right, you see your profile and no author information.

However, when you click on other user's names and you should still go to the page withe authors info on it. In effect, the Profile page and the User / Author info pages should be separate actions
