The new build list UI looks great, but could do with some usability improvements.

1. Click anywhere on the title to expand/collapse the display.
2. Show more information on the title bar - status, pass/fail, and when it last ran. I shouldn't have to expand to see these three key pieces of info.
3. Remember which builds were expanded when I come back to the dashboard. If #1 and #2 are fixed, this might not be necessary. Review after they're complete.
