problem while launching a TPM agent in Beac

As it is stated here: https://bamboo.extranet.atlassian.com/admin/viewError.action?buildKey=CONFXHTML-SELENIUMIE8-JOB2&error=30 There is a weird error when a new build is launched.

Please note that, there are no agents capable of running this job. The only one is off (have crashed before) so maybe it is related with that.
