Have a 'picker' interface for adding projects to build queues (two windows, arrows to shuffle selections between them.)

We only have about 10 builds right now, but if I want to manage a build queue I ofter forget to hold down the Control key before I select or un-select an item in a queue's list, thusly wiping out my previous selections.
