Disabled projects are currently shown in red or green, the entire line (text w/ links) should be grey if the build is disabled - regardless of whether it passed or failed last time it ran.

If a build has never run, it should be grey too but in the "Last Completed Builds" just put "Build never executed" so that people know it's not disabled.
