We've noticed across the version that although the application regularly refreshes the whole window automatically, occasionally that refresh will not complete, and would end up with it requiring a manual refresh to be initiated.

Have raised this as minor as it may be a web explorer based issue, but it definitely happens in Firefox. There are no log entries that I've noticed relating to these, but that may be because it's not being logged.
