Just like linkages between JIRA's issues, there are actually more than one type of "linkage" between builds and issues. Currently, only a "in relates to" relationship is allowed between an issue and build. The most important one (worth a whopping 143 votes in JIRA! JRA-568) is ability to find out which build an issue is fixed in. Users should be able to specify the "fixed in" Bamboo build for a JIRA issue.
