New Perforce Library puts password into command line which is not all that secure

      New Perforce Library puts password into command line for legacy api which gets printed in the logging. This should get changed to be set through the environment instead. The tek42 api uses ticketing system, where the tickets are added into the command line. I'm not sure if this is a problem or not.
