Whenever the bamboo server is shutdown, all the remote agents will shutdown. That means that once the bamboo server is restarted, one must restart each and every remote agents. There should be a configuration to tell the agents not to shutdown and retry to connect to the server periodically,

If you upgrade the agent Jars, this should now be the case.

I think this might still be an open issue. I'm testing beta 8 on Windows (both agent and server) and at least for me, the agent crashes as soon as the server is shutdown. I've attached the agent's log file for more info.
