Need to update the following page, when Crowd includes delegated LDAP auth (due Crowd 1.3):
http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/5.13.2+Integrating+Bamboo+with+LDAP

Specifically, the table in the 'External User Management Configuration' section needs to cover this new option.
