The bamboo generated unexpected error message in atlassian-bamboo.log

My bamboo version 5.10.0 build 51017 - 15 Jan 16
My perforce version is 2016.1

When I tried to create a new linked repository and choose repository host "Perforce". Without doing anything, the bamboo log immediately generated an error message below. Please let me know what bamboo expects and how I can fix to avoid such error message.
