While debugging our cluster build, it would be great to have an option to just build the project manually.

At the moment, the build can only be a CVS trigger or polling for changes. This means the always-broken build gets kicked off frequently, taking space in the queue and CPU when other builds could be running.

Although you can use the build suspension, next release will also have "manual build only" as a build strategy option, so you don't have to go disabling and enabling builds just to kick off a manual build.

Excellent. Thanks.
