Upogrades from 1.0.x directly to 1.2 fails

      If you upgrade the Bamboo from 1.0.x to 1.2 directly, it will fail.

      There are two workarounds:

      1. Stop and restart Bamboo. This will rerun the upgrade tasks and things should work fine
      2. Upgrade to 1.1.2 and then upgrade to 1.2
