Bamboo needs an option to download the log's output as a file. Some build log outputs are huge (with five capital H's). Opening them in Firefox or IE can take a very long time, and selecting them in FireFox or IE can freeze/crash them. These logs could be grepped locally more easily than through a browser interface.
