      Change the time of the build log to 24 Hour time instead of just 12 Hour with no am/pm to show when it was run
      eg.
      17-Aug-2006 05:45:55 [surefire] Running com.atlassian.confluence.SiteImportAcceptanceTest
      ^ ----------5am or 5 pm???
