Links to JIRA is potentially confusing

      Bamboo automatically links issue keys to JIRA. This is done using the arrow icon next to each issue key. Clicking on the issue key actually goes to the "View JIRA issue page" in Bamboo.

      We should make sure this distinction more obvious.
